If it seems as if we have been quiet at OHC lately, it’s been for good reason. So after new years I had this awful stomach ache. It got worse and worse until it was so bad I could hardly move. On Tuesday morning I finally went to see my doctor who told me it was a severe case of food poisoning – probably salmonella. Then he prescribed me some antibiotics, and told be to go on a liquid diet for a week (first just clear liquids, then whole liquids).
Well; I’m on day three of no food and ugh! I have zero energy, am light headed and cranky. I have no idea how on earth people do juice cleanses and what not. The good news is that my tummy pain is subsiding. I can’t wait to get back to normal! I find I’m already planning meals for when I can eat again 
even just some chicken noodle soup would be amazing!
Anywhoo, I just wanted to update you all on my situation.
